This page is dedicated to some our more successful recipes. If you've never tried cooking (much less living) on a boat, you may not be familiar with some of the challenges we face in preparing our daily meals.
On board Dream Catcher, we have a small, two burner stove top with a small oven (14" x 10" x 14") below it. Our total counter space measures in at a whopping 4 square feet and we have room only to carry 1 frying pan, 1 pressure cooker, 1 mixing bowl and 1 cookie sheet.
