I'm afraid I really did something to my shoulder playing ball the other day. I had hoped that by not playing and keeping it wrapped up it might feel better after a couple of days, but that hasn't happened. If anything it hurts worse now than it did when I hurt it. If it isn't feeling better by the time Amy gets back, we may be sailing to Nassau for an MRI. Shitty death!!

My injury has seriously curtailed my daily activities. Although I stayed on the boat all day, I was visited by Debbie(Different Drummer), Tina (MattTina), Tina (Scud), Monica (Kobold) and Mary (Sea Breeze) at various points in the day to see if I needed anything. It must have looked like something was going on, because my anchorage neighbor (Dave) dropped in to see why all of the women were on Dream Catcher. There could be some mileage in this injury thing.

After sunset, Mila weasel helped me make two peanut butter and jelly sandwiches which she and I washed down with two bottles of local brew. Post dinner feast, we called Amy back in the states t say hello and then we watched Finding Nemo before calling it a day at 8 pm.
