Rake and Scrape (by Tom)

I got up in time to catch the weather dude at 6:30 and then made breakfast for myself and the Amy unit. The weasels ran themselves while I cooked and then they got in bed with Amy to help her eat her eggs and toast.

Around 8 am I headed over to the volleyball courts for a final round of ball before we leave. The games were pretty good and everyone wished Amy and I a good trip. By 11 am I was back on the boat and as soon as I got cleaned up, we headed into town to hit the library, the liquor store and the grocery. $250 dollars later I dropped Amy back off on the boat and then made three more trips in to town to get a total of 60 gallons of water and 10 gallons of fuel for the big boat.

By 3 pm I was done work, so I played video games while Amy and the weasels took a nap in preparation for going in to Eddie's Edgewater for Rake and Scrape. At 6 pm we headed over to St. Francis to say good bye to the rest of our friends and grab a bite to eat. I had buffalo wings and Amy had a cheese steak.

By 7:30, we were heading back across the harbour to town. We got to Eddie's around 8 pm and listened to the band play until 11 pm. They were quite good and while Amy danced the night away, I hung out with some friends drinking cold beer. Mmmm, beer!

We got home, stored the weasels and called it a night at the ultra late hour of 11:30. Tomorrow we blow this Popsicle stand.
