An early start to try and avoid the Sunday lunacy of local boaters trying to catch one of the last four fish that live in southern Florida. It didn't work and we were swarmed with redneck Bubba's by 7 am.
By 9 am we had successfully navigated through the highest concentration of Bubbas and set sail north towards Vero Beach. We arrived at the mooring field around 1 pm and picked up mooring number 14.
Team Dream Catcher will be here for a couple of weeks as Amy needs to fly to New York to assess the granny situation and I need to make a few repairs to our ship before she is ready to move on.
Speaking of moving on, we haven't decided what we're going to do next or where we're heading, but when we figure it out, we'll let you know.
In the meantime, I guess the this trip is officially over. Remember, be safe it's dumb out there....
