The No Goo Barrier (by Tom)

I was up at 5 am this morning, mostly because I forgot to put the weasels away last night and so three little furry noses began poking at me as soon as they were hungry, which apparently as at 5 am. Hmm.

Once the tribe was fed and the sun popped up, I picked up the anchor and motored across the harbour and around Fergusson Point. I anchored alone in about 6 feet of water and then made myself breakfast.

Post breakfast, I got out my sewing machine and fixed a small seam rip on Ollie's (Dejarlo) bimini. Twenty minutes later I was done and then I spent the rest of the morning working on various boat projects. I serviced both of the big boat's engines and then changed the oil in my little Honda generator. After cleaning up, it was time to go in for volley ball. I swung by Dejarlo on the way in and returned their bimini. Pam offered me lunch and while she is an excellent chef her food more often than not breaks through my no goo barrier and so I politely declined. Thanks anyway Pam.

Volleyball started on time and with the high winds we opted to play three versus three. I'm not sure why, but the games weren't very good. I came away with a lot of shoulder pain and I am starting to worry that it might be getting ready to breakdown. I may need to take it easy for a few days.

After ball I returned home, swam, showered and then ran into town for some rum, some apples and 10 gallons of water. Back on board the mother ship I started the grill and made a mega-steak for dinner that I shared with the weasels. After dinner we watched From Paris with Love which was surprisingly good. To bed around 10 pm.
